Hot Lunch – We need more volunteers to help provide hot lunch on Fridays from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. If you can help once a month or every couple of months, please let us know.
Picture Day – Picture Day is tomorrow on Wednesday, September 26th. Envelopes were sent home this past Monday. You may pay with cash or write a check to “Lasting Memories.” Please make your package selection(s) and enclose the exact amount in the envelope. Please bring the envelopes and the money to school on Wednesday. Students are to wear their regular school uniforms for pictures.
Grandparent’s Day – This Friday, September 28th, is Grandparent’s Day! We look forward to this day in which we can honor our grandparents. Grandparents are welcome to stay in their grandchild(ren)’s classroom through lunch time. We will provide lunch for the grandparents. If you have grandparents coming and haven’t filled the form out already, please complete the form and turn it in by Wednesday, September 26th. Form is available at the end of this newsflash
We also need volunteers to help with Grandparent’s Day. Please let us know if you can.
Can you provide any of these items for the Grandparent’s Day lunch?
K & 1st Grade – deli meat, bread, condiments, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes
2nd & 3rd Grades – juice, tea, drinks
4th – 6th Grades – desserts
7th – 12th Grades – bagels, muffins
Any food you purchase for the lunch will count toward your 8 hours/$200 volunteer obligation. Just let us know how much you spent.
