Tuition – The September tuition was due on September 10th.

Tuesday Teacher’s Treats – If you would like to sign up to bring Teacher’s Treats on Tuesdays, please contact the office.

Picture Day – Picture day is scheduled on the 26th of September. The envelopes will be going home on Monday, September 24th. We need at least 2 parents to volunteer for this.

Absent Note – For our records, any students who are absent from school must bring a note upon returning to school even if a phone call has been made explaining the absence. The note should state the cause of absence and contain a parent or guardian signature.  Students must have a note in order to return to class.

Extended Care – All children not picked up by 3:15 p.m. will be automatically signed in to Extended Care.  Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 7:00 – 8:00 a.m. and 3:15 – 6:00 p.m. The E.C. phone number is (510)223-5733.

Tardy Policy – When the bell rings at 8:30 a.m., any students not inside the classroom will be counted tardy.  There is a $2.00 fee for every unexcused tardy. Excused tardies are events outside of your control (car trouble, accidents, sickness, doctor’s appointments, etc.).

S.H.A.R.E.S. – If you do not have a SHARES card, please pick one up in the office.  If you swipe this card while shopping at Lucky, Food Maxx, Save mart, and Smart Foods, they will donate a percentage of your purchase to Bethel.

Target – Target will donate a percentage of your sales to Bethel when you use your Target card and designate the percentage to go to Bethel.  We received $97.03 last quarter.

Tutoring Services – Mrs. Katie Robles is offering tutoring in phonics, reading, math, and English for 1st-6th Grades, and reading in Jr. High and High School.  Please call (510) 375-6299 if you are interested.
