Note to 1st-6th Grade Parents

5/11/2011

Dear Parents,

This Friday night, May 13, is our 1st-6th grade Spring Program.  Your child is participating in this; so these are a few things you need to know concerning the program night.

Each of your children should have brought home a costume yesterday.  This costume needs to be ironed, hung on a hanger, with your child’s name attached and brought back to school by TOMORROW, Thursday, May 12, 2011!  This is very important!  Please remember to have your child bring in their costume!!

On the program night, your child will need to wear plain clothing underneath their costume.  Please NO jeans and no t-shirts with pictures.  The school uniform is fine to wear if you can’t find anything plain.  Also, if they have brown or black sandals, we would like them to wear these as well.

If your child is a narrator, they will need to wear white shirts with black skirts for girls and pants for boys, as well as black shoes.  Also, the girls should wear black tights or stockings and boys, black socks.  Please have them wear these clothes Friday morning to school because we will be having a dress rehearsal.  Send their uniforms with them to change into afterward.

Lastly, please have your child here no later than 6:30pm on Friday night.

                                                                                                                                Thank you,

                                                                                                                                Mr. Glenn Robles
