Hot lunch – The hot lunch for this Friday is 2 slices of pizza from Round Table, a drink, and an ice cream sandwich for $4.00. An extra slice of pizza is $1.00. Please have all orders by Thursday.
Tuition – May tuition is due today. Please make sure that your account is brought to a zero balance. We appreciate your cooperation.
Auction & Program – This Friday is the auction fundraiser! Raffle tickets will be drawn for the winner of the Laptop, Trek Bike, and Kindle. Please keep selling those tickets! The classroom baskets will be auctioned off, and the 1st-6th Grades will perform their program.
Baskets – We still need items for your child’s classroom basket. Please bring them in by Wednesday.
Dinner – The dinner starts at 5:30pm on Friday. This is the menu: BBQ chicken, potato salad, baked beans, dinner roll, soda, and dessert. The cost is $10.00 for adults and $6.00 for children. You may pre-order your meal in the office.
Clean up – We will need help setting up tables and cleaning up afterwards. You can use your volunteer hours for any help with the auction.
Registration – If you are planning on returning next school year, you need to register in the office.
Extended Care – There will be two more Extended Care billing periods from April 18 – May 14 and May 16 – 27.
Tardies – Tardies from April 15 – May 27 will be billed in June.
Summer School – Summer school will meet every day from June 6-24. The core subjects your student may need tutored in will be taught an hour each day. If you are interested in having your student attend, please contact the school office. The cost is $40 per week, per subject.
S.H.A.R.E.S – Continue to use your S.H.A.R.E.S card when you shop at Lucky, Food Maxx, Save Mart Supermarkets, and Smart Foods. Last quarter, Bethel earned $95.33 from this.
Craft Camp – Craft Camp for girls ages 8-18 (3rd -12th grades) will be July 18th-22nd from 9:30am-2:30pm. Stay tuned for more details.

Dear Parents,
The auction fundraiser is this Friday. Keep selling those raffle tickets. Every dollar counts. Bring your raffle money and raffle ticket stubs to school by Friday, and we will draw the winning tickets Friday evening after the concert.
Make plans to attend the dinner Friday night. We are serving a BBQ chicken dinner with beans, potato salad, roll, dessert and a drink for $10. A child’s plate is $6. You can pay for the meal ahead of time or Friday night. Remember, the meal starts at 5:30. You will want to get there early to make sure food is available. If you can help us clean up after the events, let us know.

We also have a homemade quilt, an acoustic guitar, a home music system, and piano lessons for a year from Mrs. Brandenburg ($500 value).
Come be a part of the festivities of the night, and thank you for your support of Bethel Christian Academy.
