Welcome back to school, everyone!
This Friday, September 7th from 7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. is Back-to-School Night. We will start in the auditorium and move to the classrooms from there. In the auditorium, we will give an overview of the school year. In the classrooms, your child’s teacher will explain procedures and expectations. Friday night is a required function.
Tuition – The September tuition is due on September 10th. There is a $20.00 late fee if tuition is not received by then.
New Parents/Students – Important papers (i.e. birth certificate, health exam, report card, and cum. File request) must be in the office to complete enrollment.
Extended Care Policy – We ask that parents who use extended care make a $50.00 deposit that will be refunded in June. The deposit will be automatically included in the October billing.
Changes – Please make sure that the office is notified when there are changes to your contact information.
P.E. – Sweatshirts and T-shirts are available in the office. Sweatshirts are $10.00 each, and T-shirts are $11.00 each.
Bible – Bibles are also available in the office for $8.00 (they are mandatory for 2nd grade up).
Tuesday Teacher’s Treats – If you would like to sign up to bring Teacher’s Treats on Tuesdays, please contact the office.
Tutoring Services – Mrs. Katie Robles is offering tutoring in phonics, reading, math, and English for 1st-6th Grades, and reading in Jr. High and High School. Please call (510) 375-6299 if you are interested.
Piano Lessons – Piano lessons will start September 10th. If you are interested in taking piano lessons, please contact Mrs. Bridget Brandenburg at 846-9029.
Violin Lessons – Violin lessons are available after school from Mr. Marlowe Robles. If you are interested, please call (510)691-1271.
