Welcome back to school, everyone!

Back to School Night – This Friday, September 9th from 7:30pm-9:30pm is Back-to-School Night.  We will start in the auditorium with an overview of the year and move to the classrooms from there.   Your child’s teacher will explain procedures and expectations.  This is a required function.
  
Tuition – The September tuition is due this Friday, September 9th.  If tuition is not received by then, a $20.00 late fee will be posted to your account.

New Parents/Students – We need a copy of your child’s birth certificate, health exam, report cards, and cum files in order to complete enrollment.

Jr. High/High School Parents – Students entering into grades 7th-12th must comply with the new school law requiring proof of receiving the Pertussis (Tdap) shot prior to school entry.  If you have not turned in your proof of this shot, you have thirty days from today, the deadline is October 6th.

Extended Care Policy – Parents who use Extended Care will be charged a $50.00 deposit which will be included on your October statement.

Changes – Make sure that the office is notified when there are changes to your contact information.

P.E. – Sweatshirts and T-Shirts are available in the office.  Sweatshirts are $10.00 each; cullotes are $25.00 for youth and $30.00 for adults; and T-Shirts are $11.00 each.

Bible – Bibles are available in the office for $8.00.  They are mandatory for 2nd grade and up.

Tuesday Teacher’s Treats – If you would like to sign up to bring Teacher’s Tuesday Treats, please contact the office.

Tutoring Services – Mrs. Katie Robles is offering tutoring in phonics, reading, math, and English for 1st-6th grades and reading for Jr. High and High School.  If you’re interested, you may call (510)375-6299.

Piano Lessons – Piano lessons will start next week.  If you are interested in taking piano lessons, contact Mrs. Bridget Brandenburg at 846-9029.

Violin/Guitar – Violin and guitar lessons are available with Mr. Marlowe Robles.  If you are interested, you may contact him at (510)691-1271 or email:mrobles@bcaelsobrante.org.
