Tuesday Teacher’s Treats – Thank you Mrs. Elaine Reyes for providing the Teacher’s Treats today. If you would like to volunteer to provide Tuesday Teacher’s Treats, please call or drop by the office to let us know when you would like to participate.
Tuition – September tuition is due Thursday, September 10th. If tuition is not received by the due date, a $25.00 late fee will be posted to your account.
Parking – Please use the parking stalls when picking up or dropping off your children. Please do not park in unmarked areas unless loading or unloading.
Non-Sufficient Funds – Accounts that issue NSF’s checks to BCA will be charged a $25.00 fee.
Absent Note – For our records, any students who are absent from school must bring a note upon returning to school even if a phone call has been named explaining the absence. The note should state the cause of the absence and have a parent signature. Students must have a note to return to class.
Extended Care – Parents who use Extended Care for the school year will be assessed a $50.00 deposit per child. This deposit will be applied towards the last billing in June. All children who are not picked up by 3:15 pm will be automatically signed in to Extended Care. Hours of operation are 7:00 – 8:00 am and 3:15 – 6:00 pm. The phone number to use during these hours is (510)223-5733.
Tardy Policy – The bell rings at 8:30 am. Any students not inside the classroom will be counted tardy. There will be a $2.00 fee charged to your account on every unexcused tardy. Unexcused tardy situations are within your control (including getting up late, leaving the house late, getting stuck in traffic, etc.). Excused tardies are situations beyond your control (car trouble, getting in or being stuck behind an accident, being sick). Doctors’ appointments are also excused.
Parents – If you need to drop something off to your student, please bring it to the office. Do not bring it to the classroom. We will bring it to them as soon as possible.
SHARES & TARGET – Pick up a SHARES card from the office. You can swipe them at Lucky, Food Maxx, Save Mart, and Smart Foods. You can also designate Bethel at Target when using your Target card. They will donate a percentage to Bethel.
Piano Lessons – Piano lessons start today. If you are interested in taking piano lessons, contact Mrs. Bridget Brandenburg at 846-9029.
Violin Lessons – If you are interested in violin lessons after school, please call Mr. Marlowe Robles at 691-1271.
