Welcome Back!
This Friday, September 6th, is Back-to-school Night from 7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. We will start in the auditorium and then move to the classrooms. In the auditorium we will give an overview of the school year. In the classrooms your child’s teacher will explain procedures and expectations. Friday night is a required function, so please come.
Tuition – The September tuition is due on September 10th. If tuition is not received by the 10th, a $20.00 late fee will be posted to your account.
New Parents/Students – Important papers (registration, 3 character references, birth certificate, health exam, report card, and cum file) must be in the office to complete your child(ren)’s enrollment.
Extended Care Policy – We ask that parents who use Extended Care make a $50.00 deposit that will be refunded in June. The deposit will be automatically included on the October billing.
Changes – Please make sure the office is updated on your contact information.
P.E. – Bethel Sweatshirts and T-Shirts are available in the office. Sweatshirts are $10.00 each, and T-Shirts are $11.00 each.
Bible – Red school Bibles are also available in the office for $8.00. They are mandatory for 2nd grade up.
Tuesday Teacher’s Treats – If you would like to sign up to bring Teacher’s Treats on Tuesdays, please come in the office to sign up or give us a call.
Tutoring – Mrs. Katie Robles is offering tutoring in Phonics, Reading, Math, and English for 1st-6th Grades and reading in Jr. High and High School. Please call (510) 375-6299 if you are interested.
Violin Lessons – Mr. Marlowe Robles is offering private violin lessons. If you are interested call (510) 691-1271 or email [email protected]
Piano Lessons – If you are interested in piano lessons, contact Mrs. Bridget Brandenburg at (510)846-9029.
