Tuesday Teacher’s Treats – Parents, if you would like to volunteer to provide treats on Tuesday or any day of the week, please call or drop by the office to let us know.
Picture – Today is the last day to place an order with Lasting Memories on line at LMSEP.com Click on “Order-Preorder” in the top right corner, then find and click on your school name. Order package and items desired. Online prices are slightly higher to recoup online transaction fees.
Absent Note – For our records, any students who are absent from school must bring a note upon returning to school, even if a phone call has been made explaining the absence. The note should state the cause of absence and be signed by a parent or guardian. Students must have a note in order to return to class.
Closed Campus Policy – Students must have written permission to walk, bike, or take public transportation. Students leaving the school campus without permission face discipline.
Grandparent’s Day – Grandparent’s Day is this Friday, September 29th. We look forward to this day when we an honor grandparents. Grandparents are welcome to stay in their grandchild’s classroom through lunch time. We will provide lunch for the grandparents. If your child’s grandparents are planning to come, please complete the form in the newsflash and return it to school by Wednesday, September 28th.
Can you provide any of these items for Grandparent’s Day lunch?
Kindergarten – juice, iced tea, soda, bags of ice, coolers
First and Second Grade – deli meat, bread, condiments, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes
Third and Fourth Grade – desserts, snacks
Fifth and Sixth Grade – fruit tray, fruit salad, lettuce salad, salad dressing
Seventh and Eighth Grade – chips, water, cookies
Ninth through Twelfth Grade – napkins, plates, forks, spoons, cups
(Teachers will assign specific food, products, or items to bring. Please turn in your receipt to the office.)
