Tuesday Teacher's Treats will be provided by Mrs. Lorena Sigaran. Thank you!
Tuesday Teacher's Treats - If you would like to sign up, please contact us.
Progress Reports - Progress reports go home Tuesday. This is a great way to keep in communication with your student's teacher and see how your child is doing. Please sign and return by Wednesday.
Grandparent's Day - Grandparent's Day is next Friday, September 26th. We look forward to this day where we can honor grandparents. Grandparents are welcome to stay in their grandchild(ren)'s classroom through lunch time. We will provide lunch for the grandparents. If your child's grandparents are planning to come, please complete the form attached to the newsflash that was sent home and return it to school by Wednesday, September 24th.
Note To Parents - If you need to drop something off to your child during the day, please bring the item of the office as to not disturb the class. We will deliver it as soon as possible.
Absent Note - For our records, students who are absent from school must bring a note upon returning to class even if a phone call has been made explaining the absence. The note should state the cause of the absence and be signed by a parent or guardian. Students must have a note in order to return to class.
Closed Campus Policy - Students must have written permission to walk, bike, or take public transportation. Students leaving the school campus without permission will face discipline.
S.H.A.R.E.S - Please have your SHARES card swiped when you shop at Lucky's, Food Maxx, Save Mart, and Smart Foods. They will donate a percentage to Bethel. If you don't have a card, stop by the office to pick one up.
Target - Use your Target credit card to shop there and they will also donate a percentage to Bethel. Make sure you tell them that you would like donations to go to Bethel Christian Academy. Last quarter we received $202.66.
Tuition - September tuition is overdue. October's tuition bill will be going home with your child Tuesday. Please remember that tuition is due the 10th of each month. Please make sure to keep up with your monthly invoice. If there is any discrepancy, we will be glad to make any adjustments. There should be no balance carried over for next month. Any balance of $50.00 or more will receive a late fee.
