Tuesday Teacher’s Treats will be provided by Mrs. Deadra Henderson. Thank You!
Tuesday Teacher’s Treats – Parents, if you would like to volunteer to provide Tuesday Teacher’s Treats, you may call or drop by the office to let us know.
Basketball Fundraiser – Tamales for Sale 1 for $1.75, ½ dozen for $10.00, or 1 dozen for $20.00. Proceeds will be used to purchase new jerseys for Bethel Christian Academy’s basketball team. Place orders by Thursday, September 24th and pick them up on Monday, September 28th. Please prepay on orders.
Parents – Should you need to drop of something to your child during the day, please “do not disturb” the classroom. Bring the item(s) to the office instead, and we will deliver it as soon as possible.
Absent Note – For our records, any students who are absent from school must bring a note upon returning to school even if a phone call has been made explaining the absence. The note should state the cause of the absence and be signed by a parent or a guardian. Students must have a note in order to return to class.
Closed Campus Policy – Students must have written permission to walk, bike, or take public transportation. Students leaving the school campus without permission face discipline.
Non-sufficient Funds – Accounts that issue non-sufficient funds checks to BCA will be charged a $25.00 NSF fee. If that outstanding account is not brought current by the 10th of the month, a $25.00 late fee will also be applied.
S.H.A.R.E.S. – If you do not have a S.H.A.R.E.S. card, you may drop by the office and pick one up. Swipe your S.H.A.R.E.S. card when you shop at Lucky, Food Maxx, Save Mart, and Smart Foods, and they will donate a percentage to Bethel.
Grandparent’s Day – Grandparent’s Day is this Friday, September 25th. We look forward to this day where we can honor grandparents.
