Tuesday Teacher’s Treats will be provided by Mrs. Jovanna Alvarez. Thank you!
Tuesday Teacher’s Treats – If you would like to sign up to bring Teacher’s Treats on Tuesdays, please come in the office to sign up or give us a call.
Grandparent’s Day – Grandparent’s Day is next Friday, September 25th. We look forward to this day to honor our grandparents. Grandparents are welcome to stay in their grandchild(ren)’s classroom through lunch time. We will provide lunch for the grandparents. If your child’s grandparents are planning to come, please complete the form in the newsflash and return it to school by Wednesday, September 23rd.
S.H.A.R.E.S. – Please have your S.H.A.R.E.S. card swiped when you shop at Lucky, Food Maxx, Save Mart, and Smart Foods. They will donate a percentage to Bethel. If you do not have a card, stop by the office and pick one up.
Target – Use your Target credit card while shopping there, and they will also donate a percentage to Bethel. Make sure you tell them that you would like donations to go to Bethel Christian Academy.
Tuition – September tuition is overdue. October’s tuition bill will be going home with your child this week. Please remember that tuition is due the 10th of each month. Please make sure to keep up with what is billed every month on your invoice, and if there is any discrepancy will be glad to make any adjustments. There should be no balance carried over for next month. Any balance of $50.00 or more will be assessed a late fee of $25.00.
Personal Belongings – Please write your child’s name on his belongings (e.g. sweaters, lunch boxes, basketballs). This makes it so much easier to identify lost items.
Can you provide any of these items for the Grandparent’s Day lunch?
Kindergarten: deli meat, bread, condiments, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes
First and Second Grades: juice, iced tea, soda, bags of ice, coolers
Third through Fourth Grades: desserts, snacks
