Tuesday Teacher’s Treats – If you would like to sign up to bring Teacher’s Treats on Tuesday’s, please come in the office to sign up or give us a call. Thank you to Mrs. Rillo for the Noah’s bagels today.
Labor Day – Mark your calendar for Monday, September 07, Labor Day, NO SCHOOL.
New Parents – Important papers (i.e. birth certificate, immunization record, health exam, report card, and cum file request) must be in the office to complete your child(ren)’s enrollment.
Back–to–School Night – This Friday, September 4 from 7:30 – 9:00 p.m. is Back-to-School Night. This is a good time to meet your child’s teacher and understand classroom procedures and expectations. This is a required function. We will start in the church auditorium and then move to the classrooms.
Extended Care Policy – Parents who use Extended Care will be charged $50.00 deposit which will be included in October billing.
Uniforms – We have uniform shirts and pants available for purchase in the office. Shirts are $5.00, and pants are $10.00. P.E. – Sweatshirts and T-Shirts are available in the office. Sweatshirts are $10.00 each, and T-Shirts are $11.00 each.
Bibles – Bibles are also available in the office for $8.00 – mandatory for 2nd grade and up.
Changes – Make sure that the office is notified when there are changes in home addresses, home phone numbers, cell phones, work numbers and e–mail addresses.
Piano Lessons – Piano lessons will start next Tuesday. If you are interested in your child taking piano lessons, call Mrs. Bridget Brandenburg at (510) 846-9029.
Violin Lessons – Mr. Marlowe Robles is giving violin lessons after school, available to 3rd graders and up. If you are interested, call (510) 691-1271.
Extended Care Hours – 7:00–8:00 AM, and 3:15-6:00 PM. The extended care schedule is as follows:
Sign In – 3:15–3:30 p.m. Play Time – 4:45–5:00 p.m.
Play Time – 3:30–3:45 p.m. Homework – 5:00–5:30 p.m.
Homework – 3:45–4:45 p.m. Clean Up – 5:30–6:00 p.m.
