
Welcome back to school, everyone!
This Friday, September 1s t, is Back-To-School Night from 7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. We will start in the auditorium and then move to the classrooms. In the auditorium we will give an overview of the school year. In the classrooms your child’s teacher will explain procedures and expectations. Friday night is a required function, so please come.
Tuition – The September tuition is due on or before September 10th. If tuition is not received by the 10th, a $25.00 late fee will be posted to your account.
New Parents/Students – Important papers (i.e. registration, 3 character references, birth certificate, immunizations, health exam, report card, and cum file request) must be in the office to complete your child(ren)’s enrollment.
Changes – Make sure that the office is notified when there are changes in home addresses, cell phone, home phone and work numbers.
Uniforms – We have uniform polo shirts and pants are available for purchase in the office. Shirts are $5.00, pants are $10.00, and P.E. T-Shirts are $11.00 each.
Bibles – Bibles are also available in the office for $8.00 – mandatory for 2nd grade and up.
Tuesday Teacher’s Treats – If you would like to sign up to bring Teacher’s Treats on Tuesday’s, please come in the office to sign up or give us a call.
Culottes – All Third Grade-girls and up must wear navy blue culottes. We have the order forms in the office. Youth sizes-$25.00 and adult sizes-$30.00.
New Teacher – Join us in welcoming Miss Julia Brandenburg teaching our Junior High Science. She is an alumnus of Bethel Christian Academy.

Extended Care – Welcome aboard, Mrs. Sarah Daugherty, our new extended care director. The ext. care hours are 7:00–8:00 AM, and 3:15–6:00 PM. The cost is $1.00 every 15 minutes. After 6:00 PM, charges are $10.00 every 15 minutes. There’s a $50.00 deposit fee, which will be credited back to your account in June. The extended care phone is (510) 223-5733, only to be called during extended care hours. Whenever your child goes to the extended care, please make sure that you sign in and out your child(ren) when you drop/or pick them up. The extended care schedule are as follows:
Sign In - 3:15-3:30 p.m Play Time - 4:45-5:00 p.m.
Play Time - 3:20-3:45 p.m. Homework – 5:00-5:30 p.m.
Homework - 3:45-4:45 p.m. Clean Up – 5:30 – 6:00 p.m.
Piano Lessons – If you are interested in piano lessons, contact Mrs. Bridget Brandenburg at (510) 846-9029 for second grade and up.
