Auction Fundraiser--This Friday night is our auction fundraiser. The meal begins at 5:30, followed by the auction bidding at 6:30, and capped off with the 1st-6th grade music and drama program. We hope you will come to support your child and Bethel Christian Academy.
BBQ Dinner--For the last couple of years we have enjoyed the pleasure of a BBQ dinner with the auction. This year we will be serving BBQ chicken and BBQ ribs, along with baked beans, potato salad, a roll, dessert and a drink. The price is $10 for adults and $6 for children. We hope you will come and enjoy this great event with us. Remember, the meal starts at 5:30. First come, first served.
Auction Items--We have some great auction items to bid on this year. See the back page for a list of items.
Auction Baskets--Please do what you can to provide items for the auction baskets. Everything you do makes a difference. Feel free to solicit donations from various vendors. We have donation request letters in the office for you to hand to business owners.
We need a couple of parents or a parent from each classroom to assemble the baskets for presentation appeal. If you can help, see your child’s teacher.
Tuition--May tuition is due Friday, May 10. Please make sure your balance is paid in full.
Volunteer Hours--You can still make up any unfulfilled volunteer hours (8 hours per family) before the school year ends, or you may choose instead to donate $25 for each remaining hour to the school.
Craft Camp--Craft Camp for girls 3rd grade and up is July 8th – July 13th. The homemaking skills the girls learn during this time are invaluable.
