Teacher’s Appreciation Day – Mr. & Mrs. Marco Rodriguez will be providing lunch for the teachers on Wednesday, May 3rd for Teacher’s Appreciation Day. Thank You!
Hot Lunch – The hot lunch for Wednesday is a grilled cheese sandwich, chips, mystery treat, and a drink for $5.00. An extra grilled cheese sandwich is $1.00. Late orders are $1.00 more. Please turn in your order and money to your teacher by Tuesday.
Tuition – May tuition is due on or before Wednesday, May 10th. Please make sure that your account is brought up to zero balance. We appreciate your cooperation.
Auction Fundraiser/1st – 6th Grade Music and Drama Program with 7th – 12th Grades – Each class will be making a basket for the Auction. You can contribute new items to the basket or ask a merchant to contribute items. The amount you spend can be deducted from your $200.00 requirement, or the time you spend soliciting merchants can be deducted from your 8 hours. We have letters in the office you can submit to merchants if you ask for a donation.

Auction Night Dinner – Come on Friday, May 12th at 5:30 p.m. for a pulled–pork bbq meal. The pulled pork bbq sandwich, coleslaw, and baked beans meal will sell for $12.00 for adults and $6.00 for children. Drinks and desserts are $1.00 each. The proceeds from this year’s auction will go toward purchasing new cabinets and teacher work stations in the office.
Extended Care – There will be one more extended care billings in June from 4/24/17 – 6/2/17.
Tardies – Tardies from 4/24/17 – 6/2/17 will also be billed in June.
Craft Camp – Craft Camp for girls ages 8–18 (3rd–12th grade) is July 17–July 21 from 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. daily. Registration is $100.00 by July 7, after July 7 registration is $120.00. This year’s theme, “Rendezvous in Paris.” You may pick up a registration in the office.
