Yearbook - The yearbook is going home with your child today.
Balance Up to Date - Please make sure that your account is brought to a zero balance. We appreciate your co-operation.
Extended Care - There will be one more Extended Care bill for the period of April 16 - June 2.
Tardies - Tardies from April 16 - June 2 will be billed in June also.
Field Day - Field Day is Thursday, June 2. We will be going to Benicia Community Park. We will leave at 9:15 am, eat lunch at 11:30 am, and return to school at 2:45 pm. Families are welcome. We need volunteers to grill, prepare the meal, and transport students. The dress standard for the children is P.E. dress. For adults: jeans or khakis and a collared shirt for the men, and skirts or loose fitting dress or culottes (knee-hinge or below, no see through, now low cut, and no tight fitting clothes) and a modest top for the ladies.
Please bring the following
1st-2nd - fruit (watermelon, cantaloupes, strawberries, grapes, cherries) cheese, condiments
3rd-4th - chips, buns (hot dog & hamburgers), ice chests, drinks
5th-6th - desserts, drinks, ice
7th-8th - hot dogs, drinks
9th-12th - hamburger patties, ice, briquettes, lighter fluid
Plan for about 150 people.
Registration - If you are planning to return to Bethel next fall, you must register. Registration is on on a first-come, first-served basis. The 1st & 2nd grade is almost filled. Registration is $350 per child.
Eighth Grade Graduation - 8th Grade Graduation is Friday, June 2, at 7:30 pm in the church auditorium. All are invited.
Twelfth Grade Graduation - 12th Grade Graduation is this Sunday, June 4, at 3:00 pm in the church auditorium. All are invited.
Last Day of School - This Friday, June 2, is the last day of School. Awards chapel is at 8:45 am. School will dismiss at 12:00 noon. There will be no afternoon extended care.
Summer Craft Camp - Craft Camp for girls ages 8-18 (3rd-12th grade) is July 17-21 from 9:30 am - 2:30 pm daily. Registration is $100 on or before July 7, after July 7 registration is $125.
Pot Hole Repair - A big thank you to Bill's Underground of El Sobrante for patching the pot holes at the entrance of the lane. They did the work free of charge! Thank you!
