Field Day – This year for Field Day we will stay here at BCA and rent a jumper. At the end of the day, we will have a water fight for those interested. We will have each class bring food for lunch. The dress standard for the children is P.E. dress. For adults: Dads – jeans; moms – loose fitting dress, skirt, or culottes (knee hinge or below), and a modest top.

Last Day of School - This Friday, May 29, is the last day of school. Awards chapel is at 8:45 am. School dismisses at 12:00 noon. There is no extended care.
Eight Grade Graduation – The commencement ceremony for the eighth grade is Friday, May 29th at 7:30 pm in the church auditorium.
Twelfth Grade Graduation – The Twelfth Grade graduation is Sunday, May 31st, at 3:00 pm.
Summer School – Summer school will meet every day from June 8 – June 26. The core subjects your child may need tutored in will be taught an hour each day. If you are interested in having your son or daughter attend, please contact the school office. Fees are $50 per week, per subject. If you are interested in the program, Mrs. Smith is offering. Please contact her directly.
Balance Up to Date – Please make sure that your account is brought to a zero balance. We appreciate your cooperation.
Extended Care – There will be two more Extended Care billings for the periods of April 16 – May 15 and May 18 – May 29.
Tardies – Tardies from April 16th – May 30th will be billed in June also.
Volunteer Hours – Please remember to fulfill your eight hours of volunteer time. If you would like to do a project in the summer time, let us know and we will try to accommodate you.
Craft Camp – Craft camp for girls ages 8-18 (3rd-12th grades) will be July 20 – July 24 from 9:30 am – 2:30 pm. The theme this year is “Let’s go Camping.” The fee for this year’s craft camp is $100.00 (You can make a $25.00 reservation fee so long as full payment is made by July 10). After July 10, the fee increases to $125.00. Pick up your registration in the school office.
SAT’s – If you have not received your child’s SAT’s, we will send them home in your child’s packet.
