Hot Lunch – Hot lunch this Friday is mac & cheese, fruit, popsicle, and a drink for $5.00. An extra order of mac & cheese is $1.00. Please place your order by Wednesday.
Tuition – May tuition is due Friday, May 9. Please make sure that your account is brought to a zero balance. We appreciate your cooperation.
Dress Rehearsal – This Friday morning is the dress rehearsal for the program. Girls wear a white blouse, black skirt, white socks or stockings, and black shoes; boys wear a white dress shirt, black tie, black pants, and black socks, and black dress shoes.
Auction – Friday night, May 9th, is our auction fundraiser. Each classroom is collecting items for auction baskets. Kindergarten is collecting restaurant and department stores gift cards; 1st & 2nd grade is collecting games/family night items; 3rd & 4th grade is collecting BBQ items; 5th & 6th grade is following a Mother’s Day theme; 7th & 8th grade has first aid items; and 9th – 12th grade will be fragrances/coffee & tea items. We can still use more items for the baskets.
Any amount you spend purchasing items for the baskets can be deducted from your $200.00 requirement, or time you spend soliciting merchants can be deducted from your 8 hours.
Please invite friends and family to this event. The more bidders, the better.
BBQ Dinner – Come at 5:30 pm Friday night and eat dinner with us. We will have a delicious BBQ ribs, baked beans, potato salad, and other sides. The cost is $6 for a one-rib dinner, $12 for a two-rib dinner, and $15.00 for a three-rib dinner. You won’t want to miss out on this BBQ!
1st-6th Grade Program – Following the BBQ dinner and auction, the 1st-6th graders with 7th-12th grade will present their spring music and drama program. For one of the pieces, we will have a combined 1st-12th grade choir number. The 5th-12th grade band will also play a few selections. The theme of the drama is How Great our God.
Extended Care – There will be two more extended care billings for the period of April 16 – May 15 and May 18 – May 29.
Tardies – Tardies from April 15 – May 30 will be billed in June.
Summer School – Summer school will meet every day from June 8 – June 26. The core subjects your child may need tutored in will be taught an hour each day. If you are interested in having your son or daughter attend, please contact the school office. Fees are $50 per week, per subject.
S.H.A.R.E.S – Continue to have your SHARES card swiped when you shop at Lucky, Food Maxx, Save Mart Supermarkets, and Smart Foods.
