Hot Lunch – The hot lunch for Friday is chicken nuggets, fruit, treat, ice cream sandwich, and a drink for $5.00. An extra order of chicken nuggets is $1.00. Please turn in your order & money to your teacher by Wednesday.
Registration – If you are planning to return to Bethel next fall, you must re-register. You may print out a registration from our website at bcaelsobrante.org or pick one up in the office. Registration is $350.00.
Balance Up to Date – Parents, please make sure that your account is brought to a zero balance. We appreciate your co-operation.
Extended Care – The Extended Care billings from April 16 – June 3 will be billed in June.
Tardies – Tardies from April 16th – June 3rd will be billed in June also.
Volunteer Hours – Any unfulfilled volunteer hours will also be billed in June.
Field Day – We plan to go to Kennedy Grove off of San Pablo Dam Road on Thursday, June 2, 2016. Families are welcome to come. Parents, please contact your child’s teacher if you can help with transportation. The dress standard for the children is P.E. dress. For adults: men—jeans or khakis and a collared shirt for the men; ladies—culottes or skirts (knee-hinge or below) and a modest top.
Would each grade level please bring the following:
1st - 2nd hot dogs, hot dog buns, drinks (e.g. juice, water, iced-tea, soda, ice, ice chests)
3rd – 4th hamburger patties, hamburger buns, cheese, condiments
(mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickles, relish, lettuce, & tomatoes)
5th – 6th cookies, desserts, drinks, ice
7th – 8th chips, drinks, ice
9th -12th fruit (e.g. watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, grapes)
Plan for about 100 people.
Summer Craft Camp – Craft Camp for girls ages 8-18 (3rd – 12th grade) is August 8-12 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. daily.

Auction Leftovers – We have two items left over from the school auction: one physical fitness basket, including a one-month Curves membership; and the guided fishing tour and two-night lodge stay in Southern Oregon. If you are interested, see the office for details.
