From the Principal’s Desk
Dear Parents,
I want to extend a hearty thank you to all of the families who participated in Friday night’s auction fundraiser. Including the BBQ dinner, we raised over $4,200. This amount does not include the construction work (we still needing to finalize some details), and neither does it include the desk. Special thanks to Mr. Darden for overseeing the food preparation and to all of those who helped cook and serve the meal.
As I mentioned Friday night, Sears is planning to donate several sets of mattresses (likely queen and king sizes). I will let you know in the Newsflash when the mattresses arrive, and those interested in bidding on them can let me know.
We still have the time share available. If we can help make the financing easier, we are willing to accept installment payments for the time share deal. Let me know. We appreciate the opportunity to have a time share at our auction, and I would love for someone to be able to use it.
Thank you again for your participation. Many of you donated items to your child’s classroom basket. We had some great baskets this year.
If you did not go home with an auction item, but you still want to make a monetary contribution to the school, we are always open to receive donations. All of your gifts are tax-deductible and they certainly will go toward continuing a Christ-centered education for your children.
Sincerely,
Pastor Sutton
